Shipping Info: We aim, wherever possible, to ship your order within 5 working days of your order being placed.

Orders are shipped as a standard An Post parcel.
Return Policy: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us at birdsofburden@gmail.com within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Only unopened and sealed CDs, and vinyl albums may be returned. Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging.
